15th June 2026 Pashley Manor

I love to be aout and about as you know. Today we decided to go to Pashley Manor. Pashley Manor dates back to 1292 when Sir Edmund de Passele built a moated manor house, likely starting as a hunting lodge. The estate was connected to Sir Geoffrey Boleyn, Lord Mayor of London in 1457 and great-grandfather of Anne Boleyn, when he acquired it in the mid-15th century. It fell into neglect but was eventually restored by the Sellick family in 1981, who brought the estate back to life while preserving its medieval and Tudor heritage.

It’s known for it’s 11-acre gardens, created and maintained by the Sellick family, so we decided to have a look round.

The gardens themselves have lots of local artworks scattered around for visitors to look at and buy if required. A great place to get known.

It really is a nice place to wander around. The cafe was good too. Worth a visit.
